How SLA and Non-SLA Customers Can Log a Service Request
Non-SLA Customers: Requesting a Quote
- Email service@unitedbusiness.co.za to request a callout quote for a clean and service.
- Include the following details where applicable:
- Legal entity name
- Contact number
- VAT number
- Physical and postal address
- Description of the issue or service required
- The service team will send a quote covering the callout cost and any additional charges, along with payment instructions.
- The service request will be processed once payment has cleared and proof of payment has been sent.
SLA Customers: Logging a Call
- Email service@unitedbusiness.co.za to request that a call be logged.
- Include relevant details including serial number of machine (as listed above) if applicable.
- No quote or payment is required — the call will be logged and actioned under your SLA.
Example of Charges (Non-SLA)
- An assessment charge may apply for bringing equipment in for inspection (e.g., R1,095.00 excl. VAT).
